FILLING MACHINE

The in-line filling machine comprises a chain‑plate conveyor, a bottle‑clamping automatic alignment mechanism, a filling unit, an automated servo‑tracking system, an electric lifting and adjustment mechanism, a waterproof electrical cabinet, and a touch‑screen human–machine interface. It employs a piston‑displacement dosing principle, with bottle feeding, positioning, filling, and discharge all controlled automatically by a PLC, meeting GMP standards and suitable for liquid and paste‑like product filling in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, daily‑chemical, agrochemical, and fine‑chemical industries.

CAPPING MACHINE

The capping machine is developed by our company through the adoption of advanced foreign capping principles and technologies, combined with our many years of manufacturing expertise. It integrates automatic bottle feeding, cap sorting, cap placement, capping, and bottle discharge into a single unit. The machine features a well‑thought‑out design, a compact structure, high operational efficiency, stable and reliable performance, and simple, convenient operation. It is ideally suited for capping products made from various materials and in different specifications. It offers particular advantages when handling duckbill caps (pump heads, spray nozzles) and is compatible with screw caps, tamper‑evident caps, child‑proof caps, press‑fit caps, and more. A constant‑torque capping head is available, with pressure easily adjustable. Its compact, rational design facilitates seamless integration with other equipment to form production lines, and a dust‑proof cover can be optionally supplied.

LABELING MACHINE

The automatic round-bottle labeling machine uses adhesive‑coated roll‑fed labels and employs a roller‑type application method. It can be equipped with automated bottle feeding and collection systems, enabling the entire process—bottle placement, labeling, and collection—to be completed in a single cycle. Additionally, it can be fitted with an inkjet printer to simultaneously print labels. The machine features computer‑controlled fiber‑optic operation with synchronous tracking, and label dispensing is governed by a photoelectric sensor‑driven stepper motor, ensuring that the labeling speed remains perfectly synchronized with the bottle‑feeding speed. This fully automated packaging equipment represents a modern mechatronic solution, delivering excellent and reliable performance.
