HIGH SPEED HEADER LABELING MACHINE

This machine is an intelligent high-speed labeling head developed by our company, featuring an advanced labeling system and a unified manufacturing reference platform. It can be directly upgraded to a high‑speed, high‑precision model. Equipped with an industrial IoT interface and pre‑configured expansion ports, it seamlessly integrates with thermal printers, TTO devices, and other printing equipment. The premium configuration, paired with a label feeder, delivers a maximum labeling speed of 180 meters per minute or 1,200 labels per minute.

VEGETABLE WEIGHING LABELING MACHINE

It is suitable for weighing, printing, and labeling in markets, communities, and supermarket distribution centers. An industrial PC receives weight data from the scale, calculates the price, matches the corresponding information, and sends it to the printer. Upon receiving an execution command from the labeling system, it prints a label; the labeling head then picks up the printed label. When the object‑detecting sensor detects the product, it triggers the labeling action.

AUTOMATIC DOUBLE SIDE LABELING MACHINE

Basic Applications: Suitable for single- and double-sided labeling on flat, round, and square bottles, such as flat shampoo bottles, flat lubricant bottles, and round hand sanitizer bottles. Double-sided labeling ensures consistent application on both sides, boosting production efficiency. Widely used in the daily chemical, cosmetics, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
