Pulsed Light Sterilization Equipment

Pulsed light sterilization is a novel cold‑sterilization technology that can replace conventional methods for food and packaging disinfection. Its mechanism relies on using brief, high‑intensity pulsed discharges to generate an instantaneous broad‑spectrum light spanning 200–1100 nm. Through the synergistic action of visible light, infrared radiation, and ultraviolet radiation within the pulsed light, microbial cell walls and nucleic acid structures are rapidly disrupted, leading to microbial inactivation. This technology offers advantages such as high efficiency, broad‑spectrum efficacy, environmental friendliness, negligible temperature rise, and operational flexibility. Pulsed light demonstrates robust antimicrobial activity against molds, Gram‑positive pathogenic bacteria, Gram‑negative pathogenic bacteria, aerobic bacterial spores, fungal conidia, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, yeasts, and other microorganisms.

X-ray foreign object detection equipment

The W‑X series foreign‑object detection systems use X‑ray technology to perform online inspection of packaged products for contaminants such as metal, plastic, glass, and ceramic, and feature automatic rejection of nonconforming items. The equipment can be customized to meet customer specifications and seamlessly integrates with food production lines.

X-ray inspection machine

The ZW‑D series metal detectors consist primarily of a probe, a conveyor belt, and an electrical control cabinet, with an optional automatic reject system. They enable online detection of metallic contaminants—such as iron, copper, and stainless steel—in packaged products.
