Its primary function is to support and guide moving parts, ensuring high‑precision linear motion even under heavy loads. By utilizing rolling steel balls to support the moving components, this design delivers outstanding performance in terms of high-speed operation, low friction, and high sensitivity.

Rack and pinion is a common mechanical transmission method that transmits power through the meshing engagement of a gear and a rack. Its operating principle is based on the gear‑rack meshing mechanism: when the gear and rack are engaged, each tooth of the gear meshes with the corresponding tooth space of the rack, thereby transmitting motion. By adjusting the rotational speed or direction of the gear, the linear velocity and direction of the rack can be controlled.
