Ceramic filling pump

Equipped with a micrometer‑type capacity adjustment mechanism, this pump delivers exceptional metering accuracy and repeatability, with an accuracy better than ±0.5%. 3. All metal components that come into contact with the process fluid are made of 316L stainless steel, providing superior corrosion resistance.

Pneumatic filling pump

1. The Haywoo QDR series metering pumps feature a precision check-valve design, making them ideal for accurately dispensing liquids of medium to high viscosity or those containing particulates. 2. This series offers exceptionally high metering accuracy and excellent repeatability, with an accuracy better than ±0.5%. 3. The pump's wetted parts are constructed from 316 stainless steel, providing outstanding corrosion resistance.

Electric rotary valve pump

1. The Haiwu DS‑R pump employs a precision ceramic rotary valve to control fluid inflow and outflow, while its finely ground ceramic plunger ensures stable, accurate liquid volume dosing. A stepper motor or servo motor drives a high‑precision lead‑screw system, and all dispensing parameters can be set via a color touchscreen—eliminating the need for any mechanical adjustments to the pump and enabling precise control of the dispensed volume. 2. Extremely high metering accuracy and excellent repeatability, with an accuracy better than ±0.5%. 3. Suitable for dispensing medium- to high-viscosity fluids as well as particle‑laden liquids, such as sauces and pastes.
