High-speed modified atmosphere packaging machine

The QS‑QH‑2000/2600 can operate at up to 12 cycles per minute during cutting and sealing, and 6–9 cycles per minute in MAP mode. It is suitable for a wide range of preformed trays and conventional pallets, and supports modified atmosphere packaging as well as vacuum skin packaging. Food‑containing trays are conveyed and then gripped by mechanical arms; a servo‑driven system precisely and safely transports the trays into the mold, where processes such as vacuuming, filling with preservation gases, sealing, and film trimming are carried out. The finished packaged tray is then automatically discharged.
