The company integrates research and development with manufacturing, focusing on the research and application of inkjet printing technology. Since 2009, it has expanded into the R&D of complete inkjet systems, producing a series of poultry egg coding machines capable of printing various logos, Chinese characters, serial numbers, barcodes, dates, and more directly onto eggshells. These machines utilize a Linux operating system, and both the overall system software and hardware components, along with the ink cartridges, are protected by proprietary intellectual property rights and have been granted national patents. Printing speeds can reach up to 40,000 eggs per hour, while a single set of six ink cartridges can handle 900,000 to 1 million eggs. The product lineup includes high‑capacity models such as the EGGS‑5000 and EGGS‑6000, as well as desktop‑type options like the EGGS‑1000, EGGS‑2000, and EGGS‑3000. In addition, the company is currently developing and manufacturing a series of universal carton coding machines and digital inkjet printers for corrugated cardboard. Hongguang has long maintained a steadfast focus on this field.
