The automatic box‑opening machine is a specialized device that automatically unfolds stacked cardboard blanks, folds and forms the bottom of the box according to a programmed sequence, bends the bottom flaps, seals the box with adhesive tape, and then conveys it to the packing machine. The machine employs PLC control combined with a human–machine interface; the bottom‑folding process is continuous, with bottom folding and sealing completed seamlessly during conveyance. It also handles the entire workflow, including box suction, shaping, bottom folding, and bottom sealing. The equipment is easy to operate, simple to maintain, and delivers stable performance. This model of box‑opening machine has been widely adopted across various industries.

The DQL-5545 is a fully automatic edge-sealing machine independently developed by our company, designed for high-volume production lines. It automates feeding, conveying, bagging, and sealing in a single operation, delivering exceptional efficiency. The sealing mechanism features a gantry‑style frame with linear guide rails on both sides, ensuring balanced force distribution during sealing and cutting and minimizing frame deformation. The sealing and cutting blades are crafted from premium alloy steel and coated with Teflon, preventing adhesion and ensuring smooth film handling. Seals are strong and secure, with no smoke or contamination during the process. Edge sealing employs constant‑temperature side‑sealing knives, producing straight, robust seals.
