It employs a vertical cardboard storage system and allows for continuous replenishment of carton blanks without requiring machine downtime. The design of this carton opener enables it to perform multiple packaging operations in a single cycle, including carton suction, opening, forming, bottom folding, and bottom sealing. It is suitable for automatically opening and sealing cartons of various sizes; if the carton dimensions need to be changed, simple manual adjustments can be made in about 5 minutes. This carton opener can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated into an automated packaging line. It offers stable performance, reliable quality, broad applicability, and high packaging efficiency.

Sealing and cutting shrink machine

The fully automatic L‑shaped sealing and cutting machine is widely used on packaging production lines, delivering high operational efficiency. Its cutting blade features a Teflon coating for excellent non‑stick performance and superior resistance to high temperatures, ensuring that seals remain intact without splitting, scorching, or smoking—resulting in zero pollution. The machine is equipped with imported photoelectric sensors and relays. It offers automatic material feeding, with length adjustments controlled by a delay switch. An induction motor enables automatic retraction of waste material. When package dimensions change, adjustments are extremely simple—no need to replace molds or bag‑forming units. Additionally, the sealing and cutting blades incorporate an anti‑cut safety feature.
