Tubular Ultra-High-Temperature Sterilization Complete Equipment Set
The sterilization process of the tubular ultra‑high‑temperature sterilizer is not only suitable for standard products but also meets customers' specific requirements, such as: prolonged production of particulate‑laden or medium‑ to high‑viscosity products—e.g., cream and whole milk; a wide range of products (milk, fruit juice, cream) with high viscosity; products containing fibers or large fruit pulp particles; highly acidic formulations; and products that are corrosive to dead‑space areas. The system performs ultra‑high‑temperature sterilization at 120–140°C.
Pasteurization complete set of equipment
Pasteurization complete equipment: Suitable for the heating, sterilization, holding, and cooling processes required for heat‑sensitive liquids such as fresh milk, fruit juices, and alcoholic beverages. This equipment features high heat recovery, energy savings, a compact design, simple operation, and convenient maintenance.
Integrated CIP Cleaning System
Heating of the cleaning solution is performed manually; when the concentration of the cleaning solution falls below the required level, concentrated acid and concentrated alkali are added to the acid tank and the alkali tank, also by manual operation. During cleaning, the delivery of CIP fluid is controlled by manually opening and closing the corresponding pipeline valves, and water is replenished manually whenever the tank becomes low on liquid. Advantages: The initial capital investment in equipment is relatively modest, and the skill requirements for operators are not high—production can be carried out with adequate training. Disadvantages: The level of automation is low, which results in significant long-term labor costs; temperature control of the cleaning solution is imprecise; manual addition of concentrated acid and alkali reduces safety margins; and overall production efficiency is low. Given its low capital cost, this system is ideally suited as the first choice for small domestic dairy and beverage plants that do not require substantial capital investment.
