It is fully automated and integrates all processes—material feeding, weighing, bagging, coding, filling, inflation (and deflation), sealing, and finished-product output—into a single unit. 3. Equipped with a human–machine interface, the touch-screen operation is intuitive and easy to use. 4. Intelligent adjustment: if bag opening fails, subsequent stations will not dispense material or seal the bag, thereby preventing waste of packaging materials and raw materials. 5. Bag width can be quickly adjusted via a handle.

1. A control system featuring Chinese, English, and Russian display screens, housed in a stainless steel enclosure. Users simply set the desired parameters—such as bag length—on the display unit, and the system automatically optimizes and coordinates all operational sequences to achieve maximum packaging speed. 2. A dual-source photoelectric detection system ensures stable and reliable operation, guaranteeing that the product's trademark remains intact on each packaged bag. 3. Equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, the machine autonomously performs all functions, including metering, bag forming, filling, sealing, batch‑number printing, cutting, and counting. It employs a back-seal pillow‑bag sealing configuration. 4. Depending on user requirements, interchangeable cutting tools enable various cutting styles, such as straight cuts, patterned cuts, straight‑line continuous cuts, and rounded‑corner cuts. The cutter operates smoothly and reliably without jamming the bag, while maintaining simple and intuitive operation.
