Important Notice:

1. Once you submit your application, the invitation letter will be automatically sent to your mailbox after the application. Please make sure to provide the CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS. If you have not received the invitation letter in a few minutes, please check your "junk mail" or "spam" folders.
2. The invitation letter issued by the show organizer is to facilitate your visa application. The organizer has no guarantee of the success of your application. Please approach your local China Consulate or Embassy for detailed instructions or to confirm if any additional documents are required. (LINK for the list of China Embassies)
3. All invitation letters will be provided in e-format. If you need an original copy, we could send it by courier only; a courier and administration fee of USD 100 will be imposed and charged in advance by credit card, which is NON-REFUNDABLE. (The charges may be changed subject to the destination country.)
4. A copy of the passport, business registration, etc., may be required by information verification.
5. A passport must be valid for at least SIX months beyond the intended entry date into China.
6. Each submission caters to only ONE visitor.
7. The exhibition is open to trade and business visitors. The general public and visitors under 18 are not admitted.
8. Please ensure that all information you submit is correct and that no amendments are made once the letter has been issued.
