[Zhuhai, China] At the upcoming Sinopack China International Packaging Exhibition, taking place in Guangzhou from March 4–6, Bentsai will officially unveil its latest achievements in TIJ cartridge development. Beginning in the second half of 2025, Bentsai’s independently developed TIJ cartridges will be fully introduced to the market, marking the company as the first in China to achieve industrial-scale production of MEMS-based printhead cartridges. This milestone signals a new stage of growth as Bentsai advances toward its goal of becoming a global core supplier of TIJ printhead cartridges. In recent years, Bentsai has continued to increase investment in microfluidics, MEMS specialty processes, and thermal inkjet technology. After multiple rounds of iteration and rigorous testing, the TIJ cartridge line has achieved significant improvements in overall quality. From structural design and printing stability to ink compatibility, residual ink control, and overall service life, Bentsai’s TIJ cartridges now meet the standards of leading international products. To ensure reliability in real-world applications, Bentsai conducted comprehensive compatibility testing across mainstream TIJ printers on the market. The tests covered key indicators such as adhesion, fast-drying performance, decap time, continuous printing stability, and material adaptability. Notably, the cartridges achieved breakthrough performance on challenging substrates such as BOPP soft films. Results show that Bentsai’s TIJ cartridges deliver excellent adhesion on special materials and maintain stable output during high-speed and long-duration printing, demonstrating outstanding compatibility. At this year’s Sinopack exhibition, Bentsai will introduce several new solvent-based cartridges—including BC886B, BC797B, and BC880B—as well as the 26-micron nozzle water-based cartridge BC300B, offering higher quality and greater stability to meet global demand for high-performance TIJ cartridges. Bentsai states that the full market launch of its TIJ cartridges will not only provide customers worldwide with more competitive options but will also inject new momentum into the inkjet coding industry.
