The Model DXDS20 double chamber tea bag packing machine is designed for automatic precise small-bag packing of granular and flake-like materials (20~60 mesh, such as broken tea leaves). This machine realizes cold-sealed forming of double chamber teabag and also uses thread-knotting method to secure the good connection between thread, hard tag, and filter teabag. The finished bags are automatically counted, stacked, grouped and finally outputed to automatic cartoning machine or to manually cartoning. Optional devices include heat-sealed envelope bag packing system and coding device.

DXDT10 MULTI-ROW BACK SEALING PACKAGING MACHINE

This machine is a high-performance fully automatic, multi-row back-sealing packaging equipment with functions such as automatic feeding, measuring, bag making, filling, sealing, coding and finished product output. The whole machine adopts full servo drive control, high-precision film feeding system, PLC, human-machine interface, photoelectric automatic tracking, constant temperature control and other technologies. It is easy to operate and has complete functions. It is suitable for packaging of materials in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical industry and other industries.
