METAL BUSHING

The metal composite self-lubricating bearing material is made of high-quality carbon steel as the substrate, with a sintered copper powder layer in the middle, and a low friction material mainly composed of PTFE or thermoplastic polymers on the surface as the bearing working layer. This structure has excellent load-bearing capacity, and the intermediate copper powder layer can not only timely transmit the heat energy generated during bearing operation, but also improve the bonding strength between the plastic layer and the substrate. The design of PTFE is suitable for completely dry friction conditions.
This product series has the characteristics of low friction coefficient, wear resistance, good corrosion resistance, and oil-free lubrication.

STAINLESS STEEL CONTINUOUS SEAT BEARING

All new bearing seats will be cast with stainless steel material of SCS14 grade, which has better corrosion resistance than the previous SCS13. All bearings use H1 edible grade lubricating grease, which is fully suitable for the food and beverage industry.
The original backflow sealing ring used can provide multiple protections for the bearings during flushing.
