Full-automatic can sealing machine high-speed version has domestic patented design sealing roller structure independently developed by Utrustpack, with stable speed over 60 cans per minute, which is saving labor cost and suitable for can sealing production line. It uses servo motor to drive the turntable, which has the characteristics of simple structure, stable operation and low noise. Start with one button, the turntable will automatically reset to ensure the normal production. The alarm function can effectively avoid the damage of caused by stuck cans. After the problem of stuck cans is eliminated, the turntable can one-button reset. The screen has buttons that can adjust the sealing speed, which is convenient for customers to adjust according to the production.

PICK AND PLACE DELTA ROBOT WITH VISION SYSTEM

A parallel delta robot is used as the case packer, the incoming products are put into cartons in turn according to the set arrangement, which can be used with case erector and case closer. Suction cup and gripper can be replaced according to different products. The picking speed is 30~60 times/minute (according to the weight of the object), high production efficiency. Simple operation, only one-button control after installation and debugging.
