PISOFTGRIP

Piab is proud to introduce the new soft gripping tool piSOFTGRIP, developed especially with food industry automation in mind. The vacuum-based soft gripper will grip sensitive and lightweight objects of odd geometries and/or an unusual surface. Bin-picking of small irregularly shaped objects, such as toys, is another potential application. piSOFTGRIP has three gripping fingers and a vacuum cavity, all made in one piece, resulting in a simple and robust product. As it is vacuum-driven, the gripping force is easily adjusted and controlled by the applied vacuum level.

BGI-LIP SUCTION CUP

The BGI-Lip (piGRIP® bag lip) is great for picking both sturdy plastic bags and stand-up pouches filled with dry or wet food/substances. The enhanced design in the BGI-2 lip, also gives excellent capabilities in picking thin/delicate plastic bags.

COMPACT10E

Piab developed the COMPACT10E in order to meet the demand for a simple vacuum solution that also increases productivity due to its fast pick and place application. The COMPACT10E has been designed with limited configuration alternatives, which offers a competitive market price without compromising on quality or vacuum performance.
