The fully automatic round-bottle labeling machine consists primarily of a main unit, label‑feeding mechanism, label‑pulling system, conveyor, paper‑collection module, and inductive drive components. Originally developed in Taiwan, this equipment has been redesigned by our company to streamline its operating principles while maintaining the core technology. As a result, it is easier to operate, delivers higher precision and stability, and expands its range of applications. The machine can function as a standalone unit or be integrated into production lines. In addition to standard configurations, it can be customized to accommodate larger, wider, or longer products, and can also be specially tailored for irregularly shaped items or specific positioning requirements.

All-pneumatic filling and sealing machine

Our company manufactures the QCF series of all‑pneumatic cup (box) filling and sealing machines, equipped with a variety of filling pumps and gravity valves to accommodate liquids and pastes of differing viscosities—such as jelly, curry, milk, ice cream, butter, jam, as well as cosmetics and chemical products. These machines seal the filled containers with composite films made from suitable materials, making them ideal for filling and sealing applications. This series of equipment is designed with multiple models tailored to various shapes, sizes, and capacities, featuring automated processes for cup positioning, filling, coding, sealing, and cutting, along with photoelectric sensor correction to ensure precise alignment of the sealing pattern.

Sealing and cutting heat shrink film machine

Our company manufactures fully automatic film sealing and cutting machines that, using photoelectric sensors and screw‑adjustment mechanisms, accurately identify the sealing and cutting positions for films and bags of various sizes. By combining heat sealing with mechanical cutting, these machines ensure both the airtightness and aesthetic appeal of packaging materials.
