High-speed modified atmosphere packaging machine

The QS‑QH‑2000/2600 can operate at up to 12 cycles per minute during cutting and sealing, and 6–9 cycles per minute in MAP mode. It is suitable for a wide range of pre‑formed trays and conventional pallets, and supports modified atmosphere packaging as well as vacuum skin packaging. Food‑containing trays are conveyed and then gripped by a robotic arm; driven by a servo motor, the system precisely and safely feeds the trays into the mold. After vacuuming, filling with fresh‑keeping gas, sealing, and film trimming, the finished packaged tray is automatically discharged.
